Receptionist / Office Manager

To support our activities and team in Ostrava, we are looking for Receptionist / Office Manager


Job responsibilities:

  • Office management
  • Administrative support to park manager and other team members
  • Agenda management
  • Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
  • Responsibility for company contact database and keeping it up to date; working with CRM software
  • Communication with suppliers of cleaning services and maintenance services
  • Arranging documents translation
  • Booking meeting rooms, greet and meet clients
  • Answering calls, e-mail correspondence
  • Running / handling office equipment (fax, copy machine, telephones)
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Incoming and outgoing post and messenger packages
  • Other needed tasks


  • Secondary education with graduation exam
  • 2 years’ experience on similar position advantage
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (other language advantage)
  • User knowledge of MS Office
  • Good collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsible and active attitude to work
  • Flexibility, able to work independently, stress resistant, strong goals and tasks orientation
  • Team player
