New production facilities in CTPark Ústí nad Labem for printing company OP Tiger
The Prague textile printer OP Tiger, which has been on the market for more than twenty years, owns two production sites in the Czech Republic. One right in the capital, the other near Ústí nad Labem which ranks it among one of the largest companies of this type in Europe. Given the growing volume of orders and spatial limits, the owner of the company Ondřej Parpel decided to expand the production capacities in Ústí nad Labem, where approximately 50 employees were employed. This meant, above all, the need to leave the existing production hall in Prague and find a more suitable, modern and larger industrial building. “With respect to our employees, it was a priority to decide to stay close to the original hall near Ústí nad Labem. A significant role was played by the strategic location near the D8 motorway linking Prague and Dresden, “ says Ondřej Parpel, owner of OP Tiger.
Key for the success of the CBRE-mediated engagement was the CTP’s flexibility and helpful approach to meet the changing demands of the construction site on the size of the required space from the original 3,500 m2 to the final 10,000 m2. “It is very important to us to find a solution that meets customer requirements, so that new premises meet its needs not just today, but even in months or years to come. That’s why we try achieve maximum possible for the future tenant,” says Jakub Kodr, CTP’s Senior Business Development Manager for CZ & SK.
