CTP appoints Andreea Odovinca as Chief Financial Officer for Romania

Mrs. Odovinca will be directly involved in defining the strategy meant to improve the company’s performance, and in providing a financial perspective on the development initiatives. She has had an impressive career that spans a period of 17 years, most recently having spent over two years as the Financial Manager for Skanska Romania. Prior to this, she occupied the same position at Kaufland Romania for three and a half years. Mrs. Odovinca’s experience also includes 12 years of activity in the banking sector.

In late 2017, CTP began a solid process of strengthening the local management team to support future business growth. CTP’s Romanian team currently consists of approximately 60 team members who are involved in full property development, from land acquisition to construction, finance and property management.
