CTP Strengthening its Portfolio in Transylvania

Cluj-Napoca has been attracting a growing share of business in recent years.  CTP is confident about Cluj area with a dynamic economic perspective and we are quickly extending our portfolio in the area. In CTPark Cluj, we have 21.300 m² under construction with the first 10.700 m² to be delivered in the end of the first quarter of 2019.

Another promising development is under way in Sibiu, where we have future lease agreement for 9.400 m², with 2600 m² available for the end of Q2 2019. We expect the rest of the industrial space to be built with the signatures of new future lease agreements in CTPark Sibiu.

Timisoara is traditionally a business region and at CTPark Timisoara II we have 4500 m² currently available and are preparing for another 18.000 m² for other tenants in 2019. Right next door to Timisoara, CTPark Arad has seen dynamic developments in the end of 2018, with the last few industrial spaces available there.
