CTPark Budapest South Breaking Ground

As part of a country wide plan to deliver 500,000 m² of lettable area by end of year 2018, construction has started on CTP’s latest site in Dunaharaszti. Two modern CTSpace buildings will be erected in two phases: phase 1 – 23,140 m² (to be completed Q1 2019) and phase 2 – 36,700 m². As always, CTP aims for flexibility for its eventual tenants with the smallest unit available unit at 2,500 m² and an available maximum storage height of 11.8 m.

CTP is keeping pace with such demand and is working with both current and prospective tenants to overcoming their hurdles by providing services, such as CTP Shuttle Buses, to be introduced shortly in multiple Hungarian locations.

CTP also further addresses sustainability and safety issues, such as energy-efficient LED lighting systems, overhead sprinklers, fire-resistant, high load-bearing concrete frames, thermal facades and roofing.
