Handover of Land in CTPark Novi Sad

The Novi Sad Facility, with a delivery date in Q3 2019, will be over 23,000 m².  We have just finished the takeover of the land and are ready to fulfill our promises.

Novi Sad is the country’s second largest city, just 80 km from the capital city Belgrade and an industrial and financial centre in its own right with over 340,000 inhabitants. The University of Novi Sad has more than 50,000 students and 5,000 employees and, as such, is one of the largest educational research centres in Central Europe. The Science and Technology Park Phase II is located in the University campus. This is important for potential CTP clients, most of whom come from the automotive, high-tech manufacturing and logistics industries.

Overall, CTP’s investment in the country covers the acquisition of property in Belgrade and Novi Sad as well as further development, totaling 120,000 m² of lettable area.
