CTPark Lviv open for business

CTP's first park in Ukraine, CTPark Lviv, is located on a 23 hectare plot of land in the north-west part of the city, close to the M10 road with good connections to Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and other regions.

Lviv is an important political, economic, cultural and scientific hub in Western Ukraine. The city is conveniently located in the geographical centre of Europe, 70 km to the Polish border, straddling two pan-European transport corridors (III and V). 

The populati0n of Lviv is approximately 750,000, with a regional population easily accessible from the park of 2.5 million. CTP plans to create 3,000 jobs within the new CTPark Lviv. The total lettable are when completed will stand at 100,000 m2.

Salaries in Lviv are up to 20% lower than in Kiev and unemployment stands at 8.6%. Russian and Ukrainian are spoken as native languages there, but you can easily find English, German and Polish.

There are 38 institutions of higher education in Lviv, turning out 30,000 graduates yearly.
