Tier One suppliers and OEMs looking to capitalise on Jaguar Land Rover's recent decision to locate its £1.1 billion manufacturing facility in the Slovak town of Nitra, will be pleased to know that CTP can offer facilities at three of its parks, within 25km of the new plant.

CTPark Voderady is located on the D1 highway 15km from Trnava and 25km from the new Jaguar Land Rover plant, CTP acquired CTPark Nitra and CTPark Trnava in a portfolio transaction in November, giving suppliers two further options.

According to the Slovak Prime Minister, Robert Fico, the biggest attraction for the automaker to invest in Slovakia is a quality workforce. Fico pointed to the business environment and proactive approach to the Slovak government."It is the largest investment in Europe for the last seven years," said Fico.
