CTP is looking is searching for a FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR to join the existing project management team.
Job description includes the following:
- Performs instructions and tasks from the regional managementwithin the deadline and scope of work
- Reports to the regional management on a weekly basis
- Manages and controls the correct operation of the Helpdesk
- Confirms client reports in the Helpdesk and checks the open tasks
- Prepares a weekly report from the Helpdesk with open announcements
- Manages the casher’s desk
- Scans and archives project and operational documentation
- Prepares documents for audits, inspections
- Produces simple documents in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Perform administrative support for the administration of CTParks in the area of the Eastern Slovakia
- preparing price offers to clients, according to the input from the CTPark administration
- Records insurared events on the company’s propertiesEnters orders into the internal systemMail and telephone communication with clients and suppliers
- Prepares documents for the payroll accountant
- Takes care of the overall operation of the office
Requirements:
- Experience from the working environment for at least 3 years.
- Completely high school education
- Knowledge of English B2
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Non-conflict communicative type, focused on the result of the work
