M&A, Investment Analyst

We are looking for an M&A, Investment Analyst to join our M&A Team. The successful candidate will directly support the M&A team and management cooperating with them on major and complex projects in the area of acquisitions, divestments, financing and corporate restructuring project across the Europe region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing financial models
• Analyzing the acquisition targets and opportunities
• Preparation of feasibility studies
• Monitoring project progress and timeline
• M&A projects administration
• Preparation of data and information sources
• Support colleagues and participate at meetings and negotiations
• Participate at other business meetings with valuators, consultants, industry experts and other transaction counterparties

Requirements:

• Strong academic history, Master Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering areas
• 1-2 years M&A or financial experience from Big 4, real estate company or capital markets
• Diligence, flexibility, analytical thinking
• Highly developed written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
• Excellent Czech and English language skills
• German language advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
