We are looking for an  energetic, organized and ambitious person to be responsible for administrative tasks for the #1 industrial property team in Europe, as well as take an active role in social media coverage and marketing matters management.

We are looking for an  energetic, organized and ambitious person to be responsible for administrative tasks for the #1 industrial property team in Europe, as well as take an active role in social media coverage and marketing matters management.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, self starter who is flexible, who loves things in the right place at the right time, but also has good written and verbal skills, and is eager to learn more & grow.

 

1. Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position, preferably in an international company
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email/calendar programs, understanding of graphic files, formats, how to use them in both web/print
  • Good to have – knowledge/experience with WordPress and Adobe creative suite (Graphic design and DTP experience)
  • Very good command of English language
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience with Content writing and creation
  • Social media knowledge (LinkedIN, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Creative, Flexible, Non-conflicting, Indenpendent, Open minded

 

2. Responsibilities

  • Content gathering – communication with teams in CTP SVK to collect content for website, company magazine, monthly e-news letters, social media posts etc.
  • Management of Social media CTP SVK – content creation, writing, design (LinkedIN, FB, IG)
  • Creation of an annual PR & Media plan
  • Communication and cooperation with PR agency and other interested parties (providing materials for PR, articles, interviews, conferences, managing company sponsorships, attendance at conferences…)
  • Keeping records and managing of all marketing activities / events
  • Preparation of basic visuals, designs and company presentations
  • Management of the website for CTP SVK portfolio – updating data, pictures, contacts
  • Communication with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to provide smooth operation of video shoots, photo shoots of our CTParks/Projects and Parkmakers
  • Management of Billboards, Bigboards, Megaboards and other external advertising – designs, contracts, looking for new locations/options
  • Communication and cooperation with the marketing team in Czech office
  • Marketing of ESG / CSR (also looking for opportunities, making suggestions)
