MEP Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

The employee is responsible for the overall implementation of M&E projects, starting from the initial preparation phase, through design, assistance with permits, tendering, implementation, until completion and handover to the tenant.

• control of provisions and concepts to KIP, DŚ, PB in order to avoid the need to change e.g. to PB (number of emitters, capacities, emissions, etc.)
• optimisation and standardisation of installation solutions – cooperation with the Estates Department to eliminate execution errors (service costs, nuisance repairs, cost control)
• updating of specifications (for comments from Property Managers, for market changes, etc.)
• technical support during discussions with customers
• ongoing monitoring of implementation with regard to quality of work and installed equipment
• assistance in the preparation/verification of applications for the supply of utilities – ongoing support in the pre-construction and construction phases
• tender packages
• support and control of progress on site in relation to the M&E scope
• identification of contact points for each package
• support to the Development Department/Leasing Department in the bidding process
• support during the DD phase

Requirements:

• higher education
• minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics real estate sector
• very good knowledge of English
