Project Manager

Requirements for the job

• Experience with the construction of industrial real estate min. 2 years
• Higher education – Civil engineer
• Knowledge of English B2
• MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint – user level
• Good communication skills
• Ability to discuss and negotiate
• Non-conflicting, independent, hardworking, flexible and practical person
• Focus on meeting deadlines and timetables
• Focus on the result of work, consistency, systematicity
• Can work according to guidelines and work procedures

Responsibilities

• Implementation of complex assigned projects in two phases:
  • Pre-construction phase:
    • Technical and legal requirements, examination of site characteristics
    • Design and control of proposals – coordination of preparation of project documentation in all phases (zoning decisions, building permits, tender documentation) in cooperation with the internal project team with the support of external engineers but also in close cooperation with the client
    • Permitting – communication and negotiation with local authorities / authorities and other stakeholders
    • tendering – preparation of budgets in cooperation with the purchasing team, coordination of the tender process
  • Construction phase::
    • Coordination, management and planning of construction, supervision over the quality of construction works, control of costs-drawing of the budget, management of control days
• Communication with suppliers, clients
• Placing orders in the internal system
• Regular reporting to a superior to a specified extent
• Ad hoc tasks
