This latest CTP development in Slovakia was a brownfield development on the former brickworks industrial area. The construction of the new manufacturing facility helps to revitalise the area. "Like our other Slovak parks at Voderady, Žilina, Nitra and Trnava, CTPark Bratislava is ideally suited to support the growth of the manufacturing and automotive sector in Slovakia," says Stanislav Pagáč, Regional Director of CTP in Slovakia.
CTP's philosophy is to take care of the environment within its parks and surrounding areas, as well as the aesthetic parameters of these industrial and production areas. CTP has planted greenery that makes the park more environmentally friendly and attractive for local employees. In total, CTP planted up to 549 trees in the park, such as deciduous and coniferous species, including, for example, sequoia.
