CTP and Tuborg Sign a Five-year Partnership for 10,300 m2 in CTPark Bucharest North

Bucharest, 12.11.2021 – CTP, the largest developer and manager of Class-A industrial and logistics spaces in Romania, welcomes Tuborg Romania to its new 10,300 m2 facility at CTPark Bucharest North, for a 5-year lease. The dedicated unit will be customized to meet the customer’s needs.

Tuborg Romania is thus expanding its existing storage space in order to ensure the operational growth and increase efficiency of the distribution process in Bucharest and around the country. The new warehouse will become operational in January 2022 and will be the main distribution point for all alcoholic and non-alcoholic products in company’s portfolio.

In less than a year, we managed to lease 85% of the first building, and we already have requirements for the next one. Tuborg, one of the most important beer producers in Romania, chose CTPark Bucharest North to expand its logistics spaces from which it ensures distribution throughout the country. We welcome them to the CTP family.”

“We chose CTPark Bucharest North in Ștefănești to expand our storage capacity and create a new logistics center, as it offers us space suited for our needs, it provides easy access to the main transport routes and, last but not least, because it is in close proximity of our Tuborg factory.”

The transaction was advised by real estate consultancy Cushman&Wakefield Echinox.
