CTP appoints Monika Murawska as new Country Manager for Poland

As a member of the executive management team Mrs. Monika Murawska will be directly involved in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives in Poland. She will represent the company with local financial partners, bankers as well as investors and agents. Monika will be actively involved in running and growing CTP’s operation in Poland and will extend the team. Internally Monika will manage the accounting, HR, legal, tax and treasury departments.

It is CTP’s plan to extend the portfolio of business parks which CTP operates in CEE and include projects in Poland, similar to CTP’s pilot project in Opole which is currently approx. 100 000 m² of A-class industrial space built for companies involved in manufacturing and logistics companies providing support.

Monika has a 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting, she’s an expert with 10 years of experience and extensive track record in operation and asset management of real estate and development in Poland. Between 2008 and 2011, she worked for ECC Real Estate Group and since middle of 2011, she has been working for Master Management Group taking a position of CFO.
