CTP started the construction works in CTPark Cluj II

CTP continues to grow at an accelerated pace throughout the country and will deliver another premium park in Cluj county by the end of this year. CTPark Cluj II will be completed in three phases as following:

• The first phase will end in August 2018 and will consist in the construction of approximately 8,000 m² GLA, which already has been preleased to a strategic client;
• The second phase will be finalized in October 2018, when appx. 11,000 m² GLA will be delivered. The space is available for lease;
• The third and last phase will be completed in December 2018 when another logistics space of approximately 11,000 m² GLA will be delivered. This space is also available for future tenants.

The future space in CTPark Cluj II will be used for storage and production activities. The 22,000 m² that are available for lease constitute a single warehouse with a flexible structure that allows space to be divided into different sizes, depending on customer’s needs, from 1,500 m² to 10,500 m².

In Cluj, CTP finalized the development of CTPark Cluj I, a logistics park with a total leasable area of 33,500 m². situated at 13 km from the centre of Cluj-Napoca and near the airport. The warehouse was completed in November 2017 and is occupied by strategic CTP client CTP, Profi.
