The logistics and technology sectors are in constant growth and CTP is striving to keep up with demand for industrial space in strategic locations.

As part of a country wide plan to deliver 500,000 m2 of lettable area by end of year 2018, construction has started on CTP’s latest site in Dunaharaszti. Two modern CTSpace buildings will be erected in two phases: phase 1 – 23,140 m2 (to be completed Q1 2019) and phase 2 – 36,700 m2. As always, CTP aims for flexibility for its eventual tenants with the smallest unit available unit at 2,500 m2 and an available maximum storage height of 11.8 m.

“ Hungary is currently experiencing a record vacancy in the industrial market of below 4% and with the M0 highway ring just 2 minutes away, this is a perfect time and place for logistic and distribution centers.”, says Rudolf Nemes, CTP’s Country Head Hungary.

CTP is keeping pace with such demand and is working with both current and prospective tenants to overcoming their hurdles by providing services, such as CTP Shuttle Buses, to be introduced shortly in multiple Hungarian locations.

CTP also further addresses sustainability and safety issues, such as energy-efficient LED lighting systems, overhead sprinklers, fire-resistant, high load-bearing concrete frames, thermal facades and roofing.
