CTPark Deva, Romania, joins network
CTP, a leading developer of premium business parks in Central Europe, today announces that it has acquired the former Deva Logistics Park, now rebranded CTPark Deva. The park covers a total of 43,000 m², with an additional 17,000 m² available for development, prominently located nearby the A1 motorway near Deva.
“Our business is fast expanding in Romania, as more investors are looking for A-Class space for industrial and logistic purposes. With the acquisition of the new CTPark Deva we offer high quality warehouses in a premier location, in the western part of the country. We will continue to build and buy spaces in Romania suitable for international companies and important domestic players that are our long standing partners or in Central Europe,” states Remon Vos, CTP CEO
Deva Logistic Park project is a new major addition to the CTP Network in 2015. Other additions to the CTPark Nework in 2015 include the 45,000 m² CTPark Arad, and the 30,000 m² CTPark Bucharest West. In July, CTP handed over its first wholly-developed project in Romania to long-term client Frankische, in CTPark Turda.
