CTPark Nové mesto nad Váhom extended with a new production hall

With nine projects and a total of 421,000 m², CTP is one of the largest industrial park developers in Slovakia. The reconstruction of the industrial building in Nové Město nad Váhom started in October last year. The original building with an area of ​​around 11,000 m² has been expanded by another approximately 4,000 m². “In June of this year, we handed over the building to TRW Automotive (Slovakia), a member of the ZF Group, which will produce electronic power steering systems for cars in these areas. I am glad that we helped TRW Automotive ( Slovakia) to fulfill its production plans,” says Remon Vos, CEO of CTP.

The ZF Group is one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers. The Active Safety division, which includes TRW Automotive (Slovakia), focuses on the production of brake and control safety systems. In Nové Město nad Váhom, its production focuses primarily on personal and operational safety in cars. The company provides jobs for approximately 600 people.

“The automotive industry is currently going through a difficult period. Technological changes, changes in transport systems and consumer behaviour, along with the need to respond to environmental challenges, are forcing individual companies to invest enormously. These structural changes are currently experiencing a cyclical decline in demand and increased political tensions. We are delighted that in this environment of growing uncertainty, our plant in Nové Mesto has expanded its premises and, in the long term, strengthened its position as a key power plant for steering within the ZF Group’s production structures. for fulfilling our intentions,” says Milan Šesták, director of TRW Automotive.

CTP is one of the largest portfolio developers in Slovakia in terms of standing portfolio and planned construction. “Our goal is organic growth of 15-20 percent per year and keeping our portfolio high above 95 percent, which we have been doing well,” said Ivan Pastier, Senior Business Development Manager. “In the future we want to strategically expand to other Slovak cities and regions,” added Pastier.
