Leading global logistics company Hellmann expands its footprint at CTPark Bor

Leading global logistics company Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is strengthening its position in the Czech Republic with the expansion of its logistics operations at CTPark Bor, one of the largest industrial parks in the country. An additional warehouse of almost 12,000 m2 will be added to the company’s existing 20,000 m2 logistics hub at CTPark Bor by the end of the year. Hellmann uses CTPark Bor for worldwide distribution, with a strong focus on the German market.

A pilot project for working with the community

CTPark Bor has been chosen for a CTP pilot project to introduce a new approach to the community on a large scale. As part of the project, CTP is developing a wide range of on-site services for tenants. In addition to sports grounds and other recreational facilities for employees and local residents, the company also plans to build canteens and restaurants as well as other buildings, including accommodation for tenant employees and healthcare facilities.

“We want our parks to have a variety of functions, not just to offer employment. We also need to include spaces where clients can meet and enjoy free time. A good balance of work and leisure activities helps ensure employee satisfaction, and we want to give our tenants the opportunity to enjoy such a balance,” Kodr adds.
