Pharmacy wholesale Phoenix plans to expand to CEE from Brno
Thanks to the new hall Phoenix will simplify the expansion of logistics services in Slovakia and Central and Eastern Europe.
A new F1 warehouse was built as part of the CTPark Brno project based on the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical wholesale trader, PHOENIX, occupying an area of more than 12,000 m2. The hall became fully operational in January 2018.
"It wasn’t easy to find a space suitable for the specific requirements that are linked to pharmaceutical logistics. We’re very pleased that the project came into fruition and the warehouse was completed in record time. It’s also in a strategic location in Brno, which greatly simplifies our expansion plans for providing logistics services to Slovakia and the rest of Central and Eastern Europe,” said Petr Dvořák, Sales Director of PHOENIX Pharmaceutical Wholesale, s.r.o.
The company is part of the multinational Phoenix group, which is one of the largest European drug distributors and operates in 26 European countries.
The CTPark Brno development project is the largest industrial park in the South Moravian Region. It is located near the Brno center on the D1 motorway between Prague and Ostrava. Currently it offers two industrial buildings with a total lettable area of 17,000 m2 , with the developer planning to build up to 150,000 m2.
