Progress at CTPark Opole: CTP's first Park in Poland
The first client in the park, International Automotive Components (IAC), completed the handover of their state-of-the-art production facility, totaling 13,000 m2, comprising both production space and office space.
IAC have already started production and direct deliveries to the Volvo production line in Sweden from Opole. Remaining construction includes 26,000 m2 of space dedicated to Raben Logistics, UFI Filters and further IAC requirements. CTP is also in advance discussions with potential occupiers interested in locating their production and R&D centres in CTPark Opole, the details of which will be released towards the end of this quarter.
CTPark Opole will total 71,000 m2 of modern industrial business space across three buildings. Apart from space under construction, the further pipeline of the park includes one building of approximately 24,000 m2.
CTP is continuing with its energy efficiency policy and have agreed for a lighting installation upgrade across the cross-dock portfolio occupied by DHL in Lodz, Gdansk and Wroclaw. Works will be completed within Q4 of 2017 and are towards the end of design and permit stage. Apart from this, CTP is actively working on development projects on both BTS and multi-let buildings which are currently concentrated near the Katowice region where regional offices of the group sit. Several acquisitions are also under consideration.
