CTP welcomes new client, Top Control, specializing in quality control, assembly and manufacturing work. Their new 2800 m2 facilities will be suitable for further cooperation with production and supply companies in the automotive industry, which are heavily represented in the region.
"We are delighted to announce the successful collaboration with MD Elektronik and Top Control. Despite the relative low supply of available space in the Plzeň region, we have managed to obtain favorable rental conditions for these clients", summarizes Martin Šumera, head of 108 agency. There is also a growing interest to the concept of smaller CTBox units, i.e. units with an area of around 400 m2.
The reasons for the success of the park are summarized by Hendrik Jung, Key Account Director at CTP: "CTPark Plzeň is one of the best industrial addresses in Central Europe thanks to its location and advanced services. We are currently working on further expansion of the park to enable our clients to develop in this popular location. "
