CTPark Bratislava is located on the E65 highway linking Bratislava to Brno and Prague. It has more than 87,000 m² of warehouse space, and is ideal for companies engaged in distribution, logistics, production and assembly. There is a railway connection within the park, and a bus stop is only 10 minutes away.

Located in the Bratislava region—specifically in Devínska Nová Ves—the park is in an area with well-developed infrastructure and a naval and cargo port. The borough’s western borders are formed by the Morava River, which is the national border between Slovakia and Austria. Bratislava’s international airport is a 30-minute drive away from CTPark Bratislava, and the larger Vienna International Airport is an hour away. The easily-accessible Bratislava city center is a 20-minute drive from the park.

The Bratislava region is the 6th richest region in Europe—184% above the EU average— according to Eurostat’s 2018 GDP numbers. As the engine of Slovakia’s fast-growing economy, over one-quarter of the Slovak GDP comes from Bratislava, and the city has developed many tech and media companies. Of the working-age population, 17.9% is in “brain business”—the highest percentage among all European capital cities, according to the European Centre for Policy Reform and Entrepreneurship. There are 12 universities in the city, including the renowned Comenius University and Slovak University of Technology.

Devínska Nová Ves is impressive on its own. To cater to the needs of the area, EUR 25 million will be invested in construction within the next five years to upgrade the roundabout connection to the future D4 highway, and to benefit ground traffic leading into the borough. This will include the construction of a new road, which will be 2.8 km long. Historically, Devínska Nová Ves has garnered attention mainly thanks to the world-known paleontological location Sandberg, which covers 25 ha and has quantities of fossils of prehistoric animals, including 250 species of land and sea fauna. Additionally, Sandberg provides some of the most beautiful views in the region.
