This privacy notice applies to observing the right to privacy from the point of view of personal data protection in regard to this website operated by CTP invest, spol. s.r.o., with its registered office at CTPark Humpolec, 39601 Humpolec, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, file no. C 15647 (“the Controller“).

Protection of privacy and personal data

CTP invest, spol. s.r.o. processes personal data of its clients as part of its activities and acts as a Controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR“). As part of our obligations as the Controller, we submit to you this document in which we give you information regarding the manner, extent and other conditions of the processing of your personal data on our website.

 

What personal data do we process?

On our website, we process your personal data containing the IP address, information regarding the operation system and type of browser and the end device, and information concerning your activity on our website, registered and stored with the help of cookie files.

What is the purpose of the processing of your personal data?

The Controller processes and stores your personal data under the conditions and within the limits set down by the current legislation for the following purposes:

  • optimization of the functioning of the website

We process personal data for the purpose of proper functioning of the website, user individualisation of the content of the website and improving the comfort of their use.

The consent given for the purpose of receiving newsletters and other commercial communications is voluntary, however, if you do not give it, you will not be able to receive information and news regarding our activities regularly. You can withdraw your consent at any time, detail information about the manner of withdrawing your consent is included in each email.

 

What is the legal ground for the processing?

The legal ground in the first case (paragraph a.) is the Controller’s legitimate interest consisting in the proper functioning of the website and, if the data are processed for marketing purposes (paragraph b.), the ground is your express consent.

Who are the data transferred to?

We process and store the personal data provided by you mostly on our own. In the extent strictly necessary other processors may process the data, such as providers of accounting and IT services, exclusively under a data processing agreement. Concerning the processing for marketing purposes based on your consent, we transfer your personal data to entities that provide us with marketing services.

For how long will your personal data be processed by us?

Your personal data are processed for the period strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the relevant purpose of processing, i.e. at least for the term of the relevant contract, the validity period of the consent and for the period during which the Controller is obliged or entitled to store the data in compliance with generally binding legislation.

What are my rights regarding personal data protection?

As a data subject, you have all the rights under GDPR, including, but not limited to:

  1. the right to be provided with information in regard to your personal data processing;
  2. the right to access your personal data;
  3. the right to apply to the Controller to have your personal data rectified, deleted, or for the processing to be restricted;
  4. the right to object to your personal data processing;
  5. the right to obtain your personal data (data portability); and
  6. the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Processing.
