Developments in Northwest Bohemian Region Underway

Due to its proximity to the German and Western European markets, Northwest Bohemian region attracts significant interest among investors. And CTP is continues to work to satisfy this demand by developing A-class properties in various location around the region.

One of the biggest deals of the last year was to an as-yet undisclosed tenant, who took 25,000 m² for its operations in CTPark Bor, one of the most prominent parks in the CTPark Network portfolio and region. This month also marks the completion of the 8,000 m² hall for Autoneum. We are also constructing a new building for our existing client Adient at CTPark Bor.

CTPark Kadaň, another strategically located park situated in an established industrial zone, is preparing for its new client Donaldson. The construction of a new 10,000 m² hall is set to finish in summer 2019.

30 km from the German border on the D7 highway connecting Prague/Chomutov sits CTPark Žatec, an attractive location with excellent expansion opportunities due to a large permitted landbank we have there. We are proud to announce the handover of 7,000 m² to Hydratec.

On the nothern edge of the region, CTPark Česká Lípa welcomed its new tenant, automobile interiors manufacturer Jifeng.
